JFM Radio confirms that the lead singer of “Hot Chocolate” will be performing this year at the Salado Alto Fiesta!

Greg Bannis the lead singer from Hot Chocolate has agreed to perform at the Abanilla Salado Alto Fiesta in September. As well as Hot Chocolate hits he will be performing hits from Bob Marley.

Greg has been fronting Hot Chocolate for over sixteen years after the other members of the group saw him on the hit TV program “Stars in There Eyes” as Errol Brown, singing “You Sexy Thing” back in 1992. Errol Brown had left the band in 1986 to pursue a solo career.

Hot Chocolate are still the only band to have had a hit every year in the UK charts in the 70’s, with hits like “Every 1’s a winner” “It Started with a kiss” “No doubt about it” and “You win again” plus a whole host of other hits.

They are still going strong and with Greg on vocals they are better than ever. Hot Chocolate is touring extensively in Europe during the summer.

They have played venues such as Buckingham Place and at the film premier of “Titanic”.

Unfortunately, JFM Radio’s budget could not stretch to the whole band this year (maybe next year?) but we can promise you that it’s going to be a Fiesta to remember.
