Welcome to P.A.P.A's Pinoso
Pinoso Association for the Protection of Animals (PAPAs). PAPAs is a registered Charitable Association entirely run by volunteers.
PAPAs Pinoso are dedicated to the rescue and welfare of abandoned or cruelly treated animals in Pinoso, Spain. The Association works with the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall) of Pinoso to this end. It also works independently to help animals in other areas whenever possible.
P.A.P.A's Pinoso have rescued 26 dogs and puppies and 16 kittens from the Pinoso area during July and August. Many of the puppies and kittens had been dumped in or nearby rubbish bins. Of the 26 dogs 2 owners were traced by microchip, 11 are in Protectora Villena awaiting homes, 12 were homed directly by P.A.P.A's and one is still in our kennels.
Of the 16 kittens 2 went to Protectora Villena and were homed, 8 have been homed directly by P.A.P.A's and 6 are still in our care awaiting homes. In this first week of September we took in 3 more puppies which were thrown from a car window. We have homed all 3 of these puppies. We have also taken in a mother cat and her 4, week old kittens who were dumped in a box.
We will care for these until they are ready to home. All of the cats and dogs in the gallery below are available for homing through our website?.
